Aside from the invaluable experience of feeling more in community, I'm finding it really helpful to do the 25 minute writing "sprints". This gives some structure and containment to my workday beyond just "I'm writing today." I'm consistently finding that at the end of every sprint I'm ready to keep on going, and on average am doing 4/day - approx. 2 hours of writing, not bad!
