We will help you define your unique vision for a productive, realistic, and compassionate writing practice that suits your life right now!

  • discover how to set goals and intentions in a way that support you and your practice

  • learn how to create a realistic and kind writing schedule, support and accountability systems

  • learn specific ways to monitor and celebrate your progress

  • uncover and replace any unhelpful myths (beyond the 58 in the book) with a healthy mindset

  • discover strategies to bounce back after a setback or writers’ block

  • practice supporting yourself with gentle words of encouragement and self-compassion
